“I had locked myself out of my house over the holiday weekend and called the first 24 hour locksmith I found on Google. A young man came out to the house, told me he was forced to drill the lock and charged an exorbitant
price for the drilling and replacement lock. After being paid in cash, he agreed to return the following day to re-key the locks to match other door locks at the residence. After several attempts to reach both he and the company to complete the job I realized I had been scammed.
I then called Preferred, explained the situation, and requested that they come to finish the job. A wonderful locksmith came out this very afternoon and did an exceptional job replacing and re-keying knobs and locks.
I don’t know how to thank these folks! They have restored my faith in human nature!!
I very strongly recommend this company to anyone in need of a locksmith and wish that there was some way that their contact information could be the initial Google go-to for emergency situations!”
