“Stopped in after we went to a nearby competitor who was closed at 10:30 am on a Friday, and I'm glad we did. After we told the owner, Steve, about our safe lock that was frozen, he came out to our car and carried in our very heavy safe. He couldn't have been more accomodating. We had two keys made while we were there and he said he'd let us know when our safe was ready. 20 minutes later we got a call saying the safe was good to go and we drove right over and picked it up – again, he carried the safe out to our car. This is the epitome of old school craftsmanship and customer service and for that reason, we will definitely be coming back when the need arises. I strongly recommend Preferred Safe and Lock!”
